Ok, she will travel the world either with SHs or alone in order to do it.
There is no reason to keep being pirates after the WG is defeated and the grandline destroyed.
Nami will comeback to her Village after achieving her dream, same with usopp to his, franky to water 7 and robin will rebuild ohara.

Zoro is gonna have to train a new generation after he beats Mihawk since we know for a fact nobody else is gonna cut it in terms of even killing his boredom. I mean who the fuck is gonna challenge him after he becomes WSS? Law? Tashigi? Fucking Helmeppo?!
If Zoro is retiring as a Pirates EOS at all, I give it a 50/50 chance he either goes back home to hope somebody like him shows up out of the blue again or to Wano to teach Momo and hope he can be a good sparring buddy down the line for him.
