Mihawk one shot Mr 1 and other fodders in MF or did he not? But not Crocodile and Vista
Everything point at Vista being real challenge for Mihawk. Canon info and even databooks.

Latter achieved something much more difficult in the story than former. He was epitome of Pirate being that the Manga is about. Roger is biggest Legend that entire cast of One piece revolves and care about.
