In the last laboratory arc, Zoro fought a Logia user who ended up dying at the end.

Zoro is in another laboratory arc with multitudes of fruit users, where as of now only Kizaru is confirmed to be a Logia participating. Unless there's some new Logia user among the Marine Fleet, I don't see why Zoro won't Dragon Shock Kizaru without holding back.

It would be inconsistent if Lizaru gets a better portrayal than Fujitora vs. Zolo.

Fujitora is a better character tbh, he might even clash with Sakazuki in the future.

Fujitora is based on Zatoichi and the guy Zatoichi is fighting exactly like Sakazuki's character, a top government dog. Lizaru's character can't be compared to this.
