the world government wants to capture all the warlord, why would mihawk be any different? just so he can face zoro at the end. the ssg is stronger then all the 7 warlords combined, and then they add a whole fleet yeah hes getting evaporated on sight, the only logical thing is for him to join BB or Shanks. one piece has constantly been built about luffy freedom and the WG

There’s definitely something there for a Kizaru fight but I’m one of those stubborn people that still expects Fuji to be his admiral fight and I don’t expect anyone who doesn’t have a supreme black blade to be his final opponent

It doesn’t make sense for Zoro to fight Mihawk in the final war since Mihawk is no longer on the side of the World Government. It also doesn’t make since to me for Zoro to fight Mihawk in an epilogue instead of the main story. Which makes me believe he will not be his final opponent.

Kizaru is likely to be off screened and mihawk confirmed that Zoros dream has to be achieved before luffy since he said luffys dream is harder. It’s not harder If luffy accomplishes his first.

The special forces ain't accomplishing much most likely. It would take 2 admirals to efficiently deal with Mihawk.

He most likely claimed that since he prefers to be the first to reach his goal if that's feasible. And by the way becoming PK is not necessarily better power level wise than becoming WSS, since being recognized as PK or becoming first is most likely a more difficult matter from a practical point of view independently from the power component.
