Oda even did a close-up just to show us that they managed only to "press" Kaido's neck, but not cut him.

Zoro even said he needs to release Enma (the Haki outta his blade) even more since his attack was ineffective.

It was CoC coating. Kaido says "You use it to!?!?" after getting cut.

Would love for anyone trying to debate this to explain why Kaido specifically calls out Zoro using CoC directly after this attack, then saying it'll leave a scar on him, when the only person to do that was Oden with ACoC before.

What's there to debate?
Zoro used coating before Luffy but 1 minute later Kaido is telling Luffy that only the very strongest can use it?

Just to answer this, no again lol. The anime kept Kaido's little river of blood from the mouth that was before Zoro and Killer hit, but did not report your nonexistent cut because guess what? We saw in the next one Kaido wasn't cut lol.

The coloring is done by someone else to the official material. It is a secondary source.
It has no value or meaning unless it is supervised and/or explicitely made to Odas wishes. Like with Robin.

Killer and zoros combined attack did draw blood. So yes he was cut by their attacks

Eh, Tatsumaki drew much more blood than Rengoku Oni Giri.

It’s not about AP, but rather the haki used, unless you wanna claim scabbards have higher AP than G4 level attacks since they damaged Kaido
