It's not, because they already fought for some time same as Luffy vs. Kizaru. You can see the scuffle marks, it is like how Snakeman vs. Kizaru was offscreened but we know there was bunch of stuff leading up to that.

Zoro is also fighting with KOH mode so he is not sandbagging or anything.
