Rocks and Shanks are one and the same character and they are in Kaido's ballpark, for now slightly inferior to him.
Mihawk is the strongest character in the show, cannot be defeated because he literally represents an impossible dream.

The problem is: if Roger wasn't the strongest, if he didn't have a particular ability (since Oda showed us that he needed Oden to get to Laugh Tale more than VOAT could help him), if he wasn't the luckiest character (fate was against him, since it was too early to use the OP treasure), and if he wasn't even the bravest (he didn't share any taboo knowledge against the WG), then what was Roger? Just a good explorer?
