He doesn't have a top tier fruit like Sengoku and Admirals, so i think he'll end up being one of the strongest VAs.

But.....Garp and presumably Coby was and will be top tier Marine with just physical powers and Haki, so i guess it can't be ruled out that Grus will be an Admiral?

Aokiji vs Evil Natural Ocean, who do you think the winner is? Imo Kuzan has a good counter to him, but I don’t think he can freeze on a large enough scale to actually take out ENO
