Just only N1 because it only checks the previous phase (wording of the ability is saying phase and not phases.)

My premise is yeah, scum would either target something whether it'd be an ally or another target. Lindl didn't visit anyone on N1. So I'm backing off of Lindl for now. It is likely he could be untrackable too or if I got redirected but I don't think so?
