Without Law the battlefield would be littered with the scabbards, that alone puts him at least solidly above Killer and Lid, and he saved Luffy from a sneak attack from Kaido in 1001. I would put him above Zoro if I wasn't allowed to rank them the same.
I don't see how this is really debatable, Zoro and Law both saved Luffy once and both did a useless attack, but Law did battlefield clearup and did his useless attack as a solo attack rather than a duo attack so slightly above.

Sanji is a lot closer to Franky than he is to Zoro. That's for sure

Franky is being portrayed against Sasaki, Sanji got portrayed against Page One and will possibly be portrayed to take on Queen. (Maybe not alone)

The gap between Kaido and Queen is regardless wider than the gap between Queen and Sasaki so pretty much.

This is exactly why I specified maybe Sanji won't take on Queen alone, I would not have done so differently. Regardless it's 5v2, Zoro is still attaining most of the job against Kaido.

Your argument would be valid before this chapter.
Now Zoro is without any doubt better than Law, Kid, and Killer. This may change in the future but right now Zoro is doing better.

The scabbards dodged it aside from Kiku though.
We don't know the full details of what Law does this chapter and Kaido's club to the back of Luffy would have been a worse damage than prometheus (combined with Law doing the attack alone and rescuing all the scabbards himself means that Zoro needs to play slight catch up anyway).
Gamma knife hits Kaido, so that's one attack each on Kaido this chapter.
