Hiyori says Enma is one of the swords that were capable of scarring Kaido. It's clearly shown that Enma is no regular sword the moment it drains Zoro's haki to the point of physically affecting him. Zoro says he needs to unleash more of Enma's power. Kaido senses Oden in Enma, and Big Mom feels the sword is no common sword.

I'm not denying that Zoro is a relevant part here because he's the holder after all, but whoever denies at this point that what is happening right now has something to do with Enma itself and not Zoro's own strength is delusional. In no way such amount of references to Enma means nothing or can be transferred to Zoro; the emperors aren't minding Zoro nor any of his other swords, they are worried about Enma and Enma alone. And this completely fits the narrative we've been given around this weapon since day one.

Is Ryuma's haki in Shusui?

This doesn't follow from the manga. Swords carrying spirits of previous users is factual. Spirits do not necessarily mean haki otherwise we would have to say that Wado also has Kuina's haki and Koshiro's haki in it.

Hmm, well you may be right. It's never stated that it's the haki of the users. TBH I need more explanation about why the swords become black permanently.

Opening Kaido up : will likely happen. I think Zoro will cut Kaido.
Killing him : won't ever happen
Making Enma black : if he manages to do it this arc : either Oden helped him and paved the way / or blackening a sword is easier than we tough / or Enma is special and easier to blacken

So far the only Haki that you either have or you dont is the CoC. The rest you can learn.

You are born with VoAT also. Hints that FS/ internal destruction is also something you can't just learn and need to have a talent for.

There was no time to react to or dodge Luffy's attacks, doesn't mean Zoro's highly telegraphed assisted attack is stronger.

From the looks of it, Kaido chooses to tank attacks, since he's so confident that it can't wound him hence why he was surprised Luffy could.

Isn't it how it works?

No almost all swordsman in Wano can control the flow but even top tier ones like kawamatsu and Kinemon were scared of Enma or Were impressed by Zoro
