Rereading the whole thing makes me realize that Kaido is really getting overwhelmed here. Sure, he tanked all those high damage attacks really well and managed to dodge the one that would have been bad news to take head on but he is definitely the one getting pressured here.

Luffy in particular straight up outmaneuvered his wind attacks and landed a clean hit right in his face and later withstood a Boro Breath and successfully counter attacked. If it wasn't for BM, Kaido would probably be back to human form by now because this really doesn't seem to be working for him....

Yep BM being there just delaying human form mode .
It cool but nothing working in any of his fight we see it in so far .

Asura and Ni Gorilla weren't massive boosts, he wasn't using them in the desperate thriller bark situations. His moves are situational and can't all be stacked. Asura wasn't as much of a boost as g3 and ni gorilla wasn't as much of a boost as g2.

Neither give Zoro the mobility to fight an even fight with a yonko, AP isn't his issue, overcoming regen, dodging mid-air etc. are.

Ni Gorilla's arguable, but Asura was most definitely a significant power up. One attack in Asura turned Kaku's Rankyaku: Amane Dachi into mist, an attack that cut completely through the walls of the Tower of Justice and made everyone that witnessed it shit their pants.

Don't think he can have the upperhand but even if injured he will heal so he can stall them for some time without looking bad.

Yeah that’s why we were all very hyped about Kaido. But then we saw what actually happened versus Oden and then now he himself has listed the people who can potentially beat him.

Now it’s extremely up in the air what exactly happened in all those encounters. For now, we have to actually see what happened. Kaido knows Shanks can POTENTIALLY beat him if they fight so he chooses not fight him when heading to Marineford. See. There’s some complications here now

That makes me think, she ain't gonna betray kaido soon.

Possibly she'll turn on him only after getting through another mind swipe turning her back to O-Lin. And even then I could see her being the one to take Kaido's body if he dies at the end of Wano arc and give him a sepulture similar to how Shanks gave a dignified burial to Ace and Whitebeard.

He is using barrier haki, the first level. Bit the internal destruction haki level 2 that he used in Red Rock.

Zoro has taken one attack from a yonko and might already be seriously injured, had one attack fail to damage kaido or even knock him back, and missed one of his own attacks after needing a mobility assist. and somehow he is yonko level? Zoro's serious fight with Killer and training with Enma have boosted him since the skip.

Luffy is flying around the battlefield, having to dodge and tank attacks, has been the one who has damaged Kaido the most so far.

Zoro isn't yonko level, Law isn't yonko level, Kid and Killer aren't yonko level. Luffy is taking the lions share of the attacks and doing most of the counter attacks. And Luffy arguably isn't quite yonko level.

Zoro doesn't have future sight, he doesn't have internal destruction, he can't fly and he can't tank boro breaths as easily as Luffy. He can do good slashes that slow dragon kaido can dodge.
