Its just weird when the series clearly has at least 2-3 more villains for Luffy left.

Yeah. Though Imma bet it won't be soon. By what we can get I meant the updates on mangasee. They seem to have updated to the official translations, with the SBS, up until chapter 964, which is volume 95. They got a long way before 98 lmao.

Enma releases all your haki until you run out. Luffy can do this already willingly.

No he can't, Luffy can use haki until he runs out of it but he can't turn his life force into haki, if Luffy releases all of his haki he would die. Can Luffy release his haki so much that he will die? No, only Enma user can do it, even in the manga it said that Enma will squeeze all your haki until you die.

Can you see Zoro's arm getting squeezed because of his life force is forcefully being pulled out of his body!? No one can do that, Luffy can't for sure. Enma allows you to go beyond human limits. Yes it has drawbacks but with enough training you can master the blade.
