and based on how Oda is handling this fight, am convinced there's no tiers and ranking in this manga, characters are as strong as the plot demand, the idea that villains whose role will be after Kaido fall will be stronger than him just because could be true

again Kid being a hype tool is not an option, Oda gave him panel time and was major part in the build up before this fight, I don't care if he didn't do much so far , it's a given he will play a major role against Kaido eventually

Yes. My point is animal zoans like cp9 members/kaido/calamities/f6 get humanoid characteristics giving them advantage. Sengoku already has human model devil fruit. He does not need a hybrid necessarily.
