if Kaido loses here best case scenario he will be remembered as a mediocre villain, Orachi took the spotlight from him for too long, as it stand Kaido took the wheel just for the fights, horrible build up for him and so much wasted potential imo

if BM loses here than it's straight up a disaster and absolutely trash writing of the highest order

Yes agreed. But either his full form is a statue of buddha and he already is using his hybrid or there won't be that much difference in hybrid/full for a human model devil fruit as both are humanoid in nature other than size.

Well I think he's going to have a form that matches all the animals we saw on Ruskaina. We've got Kong, Tank, and Snake already, which just leave Tiger and Lion.

Narrative purposes. The narrative requires Zoro and Luffy be responsible for the supermajority of the damage dealt to Kaido. You're probably aware of the reasons for Luffy, but for Zoro, here's my first post on it:

again Kid being a hype tool is not an option, Oda gave him panel time and was major part in the build up before this fight, I don't care if he didn't do much so far , it's a given he will play a major role against Kaido eventually

Zoro has been so much more impressive than Kidd, that I don't consider this credible. Kidd isn't taking a major role vs. Kaido.

I don't think we're going to see a G5. Still believe awakening is going to be the key to unlimited G4, so Luffy can maintain the shape without overuse of Haki.

Still a little weird to see G4 already running out of time, when Snakeman lasted an hour against Katakuri. Not sure what that's all about.

Using barrier COA drained his haki reserves much faster.

Luffy running out of Haki in his Gear 4th version is most likely a problem visually shown to us, with the purpose of showing us something new (New Gear/Awakening) in the future.

It's most likely a plot device. When we see something new from Luffy, in the middle of when things getting worser worser.

It will be like Luffy talking astonished people like: "My Haki dropped always when I Used G4, that was a problem so I invented the fighting Style Gear None, Electric Car Booom. Electric Gear fighting style. Haha.

Meh, Jack is a big boy but his Mammoth form in comparasion to dragon Kaido length make him small.

On second thought, half the size of Oar.Jr would be fitting for hybrid Kaido.
