The implication at the end of summary doesn't bode well for Oden's portrayal, if it wasn't for that panel where he appeared as a silhouette alongside other great pirates i would have dropped the idea of Oden defeating any top tier now. That goes to show how Oda completely ruined Oden vs Kaido fight when it reached an ambiguous conclusion. Oden should have faced and lost to an all out Kaido but Oda didn't want Oden to spoil the main antagonist's full strength, so he gave him some flashy feats against full-form/Jobber Kaido.

The first attakc didn't even have black haki, meaning it wasn't even up to his standard attack strength, and it still left a mark on Kaido. Which means Kadio was injured. The secord attack didn't hit Kaido but Big Mom was yelling at him to evade the attack which speaks volumes about the attack We saw the effect the attack had on the horn from a good distance away. That is normally a close range attack. We don't know how much damage the 3rd attack caused.

The best thing about Zoro is, unlike everyone, he is still mastering enma so he is still not at a normal level for himself.

Do not pour him any more. Kidd has shown all his strength already. It was his first largest transformer ever. And his most powerful attacks are analogous to 3 gears. Kidd is a bum.

Vegeta was only close to Goku during the Saiyan Saga, After that Goku became much stronger than Vegeta to the point where Goku nerfed himself to give Vegeta the fight he wanted close to the end of the series. Its funny people often use characters being rivals to justify them being close in strength, when that's not what a rivalrys about, DBZ is a perfect example of that.
