Garp, Roger and Whitebeard all against Rocks, thats a bit overkill, and where was Roger's crew during all this. Also, Kaido got his devil fruit during that incident.

I think like the silhouettes showed, Garp and the Roger pirates fought against the Rocks, Big Mom, Whitebeard, Shiki and Kaido and others, but when it became clear that they could lose, they all hightailed and left Rocks with Roger and Garp.
