Why Enma?

It is clearly mentioned the sword's haki, but it's Zoro's haki. There's no sensible reason to believe Oden managed to store his haki inside Enma as of now.

Others include the scabbards, who also damaged Kaido. Cutting him multiple times.
Be mindful that I'm not disregarding the fact that he ACTUALLY did damage him with a mid tier attack.
Just not as much as you claim.
Big Mom's surprise is because Zoro managed to deal an exterior damage, while others were going for the internal gimmicks.
That should be surprising for her, since none of them on the roof managed to damage him like that.

For someone who is put in the same group as Roger, WB, Xebec etc, Oden never fought Hybrid Kaido, fought a younger weaker Kaido and got one shotted by 1 Thunder Bagua once Kaido went into human form, not even hybrid.

Oden should have at least pushed Kaido as much as the 5 SN.
