The haki isn't Oden's, otherwise, Kaido wouldn't describe it as weird.
Enma itself is special, regardless of Oden.

The strange haki and feeling he is been sensing belongs to Oden! That's how he concludes enma belongs to Oden

It's not about Zoro's haki or else he will just ask or say zoro is using the same haki as Oden

Kaido thought to Oden's ryou after the scabbards hit him, not before like in this case. The sword emanates something strange. Is it possible it isn't Oden's haki but just his presence or whatever you want to call it? Yes, of course.
Enma might even be a strange tool that turn basic CoA into advanced one, these are still all speculations, nothing confirmed yet

the annoying thing is Oda is never clear about these things, he could just save us a lot of time and just get someone to say explicitly 'Enma has Oden's haki' but no Oda uses phrasing, with just enough vagueness where fans can speculate other interpretations.
