Kaido said they literally have Oden's Ryou, so it means Oden gives them his Haki from Heaven. And unlike those vague statements about Zoro, we have a literal confirmation from Kaido that they have his Ryou. Doesn't sound stupid at all, right?

"Enma exudes the wielder's ryou". Oden was a previous user, so why yall acting like its so far fetched for the sword to store his haki. The sword isnt even normal from the get go. It being able to do something like this wouldnt be suprising.
Kaido only notices it when Zoro is preparing his attacks. With Killer, Zoro and him just sneaked him. He didnt have time to see them prepare their attacks. Plus it was a tag team, as in 2 people attacking in comparison to Zoro only focus.
