When Zoro was busy with Apoo, people asked how he would get to the roof, and Luffy took several chapters to get there.
The answer is: any scenario where Zoro leaves the stage on the roof. There are hundreds of ways to do this

According to the manga he doesn't.
He went to Hyou to learn the barrier ryuo that he used on the alpacaman, that, in Luffy's mind was what he needed to get through the scales. Reread chapter 939 when seeing Hyou he confirmed that barrier ryuo was the one he wanted to learn.
Barrier ryuo on brawlers is sufficient to damage Kaido to get through his scales.
Internal destruction is what is needed to overcome his regen properly, which only Luffy can do.

Kokujo Ou Tatsumaki dealt more damage than Scyther Sonic, Gamma Knife, Slam Gibson, Rock Spam, Beheading Claw and Punk Vise. None of those attacks did significant damage.

Tatsumaki drew a lot of blood from Kaido and had him coughing up blood for 3 panels straight.
Luffy has taken ~ 40% of attacks. A plurality, but not the majority you claim.
Most of the attacks have been multi target, so I'm not looking at only solo attacks.
