Man thats why I love Sanji and Usopp's relationship. Whilst Usopp was parading as the hero Sogeking as a disguise, it also was a confidence bosster for him. He really thought Sogeking was better than himself. But Sanji called upon Usopp instead of Sogeking, and said he's the only one who can do it.

I never looked into it that much but yeah thats a good point! I feel like, other than Luffy, Sanji and Chopper are the glue that binds the crew together. Sanji and Chopper *appear* to me at least to be closer with everyone than anyone else except for Zoro and Luffy's relationship

True. I also feel like Sanji is probably the most SH like since he has everyone's traits. Luffy's charisma and fun loving/Zoro's badassness and pride/Nami's sneakness/Usopp's comedy /Chopper's protectiveness/ Robin's intellect/ Franky's manliness / Brook's wisdom followed by constant perversion.

He's just the perfect mix of everyone. And that's why he's my favourite.....fighting aside.

Hmmm, i tend to look at Sanji as the guy who is different, not the same. I can't think of any other dorky badasses in One Piece except Luffy. Heck, in all Manga i've ever read the list is just: Luffy, Sanji, Naruto (pre-skip), Zenitsu and Leorio

Yeah Sanji has likely the most interactions with everyone in the crew except Luffy.

But Luffy is the real glue of the crew. If Luffy would died or something The crew would disbanded not long after.
