Of course kicking Kuma would hurt as hell. It would hurt Zoro to punch him as well. Even Zoro's Lion song only cut his outer layer and exposed his metalic body.
Walkin the walk would be accepting to take the pain and fatigue from Luffy. The whole purpose of that scene is to show that Sanji would walk the walk.
It's not about surviving that.
Zoro was expecting death. That's what makes the moment great, he embraced it even if it meant he would die.
He made a last request to make sure that his sacrifice would not be for nothing, and Kuma promised that he's not going to attack Luffy.
That was the test. Even in the scenario where Sanji takes the pain and dies, he'd have achieved saving Luffy, because the sacrifice was the condition for Kuma to no longer attack Luffy and the others.

- My point was Sanji’s kicks didn’t hurt Kuma and he fainted from the hilt. Whereas Zoro cut Kuma and made him bleed, and proceeded to withstand Kumas pain. But you’re saying that not everyone can hit him and Sanji could’ve took the pain.

I think the TC isn't doing much to separate
genuine sanji fans who are upset from the zoro wankers which is heavily needed in a thread like this. The vast majority of hate sanji gets is just zoro wankers being mad that sanji will always be equal and rival zoro while luffy will always be much more powerful than zoro.

Great thread, Judge would certainly be proud of the majority of the Sanji fans.
I've been saying it for so long that Sanji fans should just like Sanji for what he is, primarly a cook rather than a fighter. But they desperatly want him to always match Zoro. Even when Oda destroyed their headcannon, they're still delusional and toxic as shit.

You would have to be arguing that Sanji would have bailed out at the last second from making the sacrifice if you want to say he would not walk the walk.
I would not put that past some Zoro fans, but i'd hope you can see how the manga did not at all point in that direction, and inserting Sanji in that scene was to show the opposite.

Nope Sanji would take that Kuma torture head on. He would walk that walk. But he would not have survived which Oda made very clearly. And I guess you understand that they are each built differently.
