From some surface level reading, kengo would mean something like a master swordsman, while kenshi just means swordsman, so the title 'kengo' is of a higher calibre than just 'kenshi', and it would fit the Zoro v Mihawk parallel, since Zoro's aim is to reach a greater level than where Mihawk is.

Zoro carrying Tashigi is much closer

My gut feeling is telling me something is not right with Hiyori. It did work when I sensed Okiku had a hidden sword

She was the only girl who admitted that she was completely jealous. The other girls are not as open and try to bs their hate for her.
