Jinbe is a monster, if WsW can push him to extrem high diff you know what this overall mean. First Jinbe is in same league as Doflamingo, second between the flyers would be a gap with WsW beeing more close to the calamity then to the other flyers like Ulti/Pageone. In that case Doffy is placed as YC3-3.5 and WsW is right the next.

Going be interesting to see how Sanji deal with Jack who is stronger then Doffy. The last time Sanji lose badly against such opponent but now he should be far stronger with even having the RS. Let see how he handle Jack soon.

Yet again, the technique matters with G4th as Luffy uses G4th tensile force to increase his AP, not Haki. Perhaps his timelimit is only 30 minutes because Luffy's Haki is weak? That's a possibility as well in which extreme Haki blooms can fix these drawbacks a bit imo.

gear 4 does not have a time limit you can stay transformed as long as you have armament haki left. the only thing that's time related is how long luffy will have to stay without haki which is 10 minutes.

people can go out of haki luffy said that during his fight vs kata. he just didn't want to wait for kata to go out of coo preserve he wanted to surpass him at his full power. when luffy is oit of haki gear4 ends.

But that doesn't answer the question. How does Hardness equate to length of time haki can be used?

Katakuri and Luffy both have Future Sight. Do you think Luffy is yet at the level where he can use it consistently for 11+ hours like Katakuri can?

Well with timelimit, I'm obviously referring to the amount of Haki which Luffy has to use this form.

But you could maybe make the case for Pero and maybe WsW (depending how hsi fight with Jinbe goes) that they are not that far from the bottom high tiers...
