Because the plot implicates that the fact Crocodile covets to obtain this piece of info can make him Guilty due (metaphorically in game terms) being capable of bad actions. So perhaps Iva is Town and Croc. Miller "capable of bad actions" since he probably wants to take it away from a townie. Or he simply goes mad independently from Iva's alignment but it makes less sense to stir such a contrived plot.

Did Fuji reveal the abilities he had obtained? But I guess there's no point in not considering the high chance he didn't lie and wasn't mistaken nevertheless (which would be unlikely for him to be had he received Blother's specific abilities). How was Blother genuine? Blother was being evasive and he refused to claim. Also look at his day 1 play when he called Usopp a good guy and even though he called Usopp a good guy he later votes him which looked so scummy and weird.
