General & Others TOP 5 underrated and overrated characters

1 .To me overrated character of all time is Law.
2. Kidd - So he got Kings haki other than that his journey in New world ended up in poor note.
3. Coby - Useless , he is Garp's student i hardly see any note worthy so far. Please bring smoker he can never compete luffy.
Underrated
1.Brook - Feel like oda hardly used him for any plot or fight.
2.Franky - Need more franky enough said.
3. Nami -I have been critical from beginning regarding nami's development. I saw heavy decline in her character growth post time skip other than fan service.

People do not recognise the greatness of King Baum.
That glorious sassenach tanked two attacks from two of the strongest Homies, that are so invincibly overpowered that they can single handedly defeat top tiers.

It isn't underestimation. That's be realistic.
Nami steal Zeus was nothing more than one of the luck strikes needed for SHs escape alive of Totto Land. It's pointless get hyped with it,because Zeus is no way so powerful with Nami as with Linlin.
Linlin will certainly take him back in Onigashima and after,will be the hell for Nami strive to survive that war.

-Killer/Kamazou
-Fukurokuju
-Ashura (He is Inu/Neko level and not above them)
Don't know who else,
-Maybe King (Is put on Katakuri level or even above while having no feats)
