Sure it's Oden, Reasons?
1- We had this massive mystery behind who's taking care of Red Scabbards and caring about them before Jack arrives! Meaning who will protect them from Jack
2- We know it will not be Sanji, cause Sanji will head to Momo and see some pervy shit with Yamato, so the person with scabbard must be important on our side.
3- We know the sihlouette looks like Toki, meaning they both are here... thus Oda is telling us Oden survival had something to do with Toki's ability... and they orchestrated a way for him to survive the execution... like maybe even to a point of Toki transporting the bullet Kaido shot into the future, and Oden pretending death...
Like maybe we have a dialog between Oden and Toki in prison later about their plan.... because it's possible after Kaido betrayed his words to Oden before that Oden knew they will not honor their words if he survived the boiling... And so they came up with a plan and kept it a secret from everyone...
So, for now, I do think it's Oden... it's not the old hag cause her death is 100 percent confirmed as Bon Chan has her fruit.
And there is no point in having it be Kanjuro ability when:
1- Toki sihlouette was shown
2- Bao Hwang warning Beast pirates about someone helping Scabbards
3- Scabbard be on brink of death and needing help against Jack and co
And I don't believe Oda's troll reached that level yet as a writer... where the shadow and mysterious person there is getting hyped.. then revealed as Oden... then nah... just kidding
