Or Hiyori herself has DF powers.

I don’t think Onimaru would be able to transform into different people, but if he can then he’s also a good bet.

I though first the same but it is just Oda drawing details about the body, the Oden from the flashback had left stitches too, even Kaido in same panel has both sides stitches. It is just Oda usually drawing a character neck.

It's Onimaru. Oda is using him to bring Shusui to the alliance.

Spoiler: Shusui's hilt

Both shusui and Gyukimaru's swords have a circular or diamond looking pattern on the hilt. Shusui is the national treasure of Wano and Ryuma's memento, do you think Oda would really want to discard Shusui for the entire arc and leave it in the care of some fox? Gyukimaru could have returned in Oden's form bearing Shusui to give the alliance new hope. Recall that the first Scabbard to speak was Kawamatsu, the Scabbard that told Onimaru about swords and inherited will.

If it was Kanjuro's drawing, who the heck was tending to the Scabbard's wounds? Why would Katarina Devon help the Scabbards? Bon Clay cannot impersonate Oden since he can't physically touch him.

The only one remaining is Onimaru in cahoots with Hiyori, the only ones who would've both healed the Scabbards and been able to impersonate Oden to encourage them.

It's 100% not the Oden that got boiled as he. Doesn't have any burns or a scar from the gun shot.

Could still be something like Oden's spirit or a Oden from the past

With using Odens visage while they’re weak even weaker enemies will be able to gather plenty of information about the straw hat crew, momo, and Hiyoris location.

I just can't get my head around the dialogue. Why would real Oden say that "I was hopining our paths would cross again/to see you again". It's not something you say to someone you saw yesterday (even if it was a different timeline). It has to be someone who was waiting a long time for the Akazaya just like everyone else on Wano

The 'Oden before getting Killed' is easy to debunk, just look at his swords. Why isn't he holding Ame and Enma? If this was indeed an Oden before his death he should be carrying his swords.
