Orochi has the Yamato no Orochi fruit. He's not really a sign. In general the Genbu is the Turtle part....it's just depicted with a snake. So I'm just assuming Orochi is the snake part.

But a lot of mythical creatures in OP have curly eyebrows. For example Gyukimaru's fox form.

This one actually looks decent. Normally it just looks like a cringy superhero suit and it's origin is the icing on the cake.
