Basic CoC is already scary enough, anyway until this point I see it as manifestation of extreme willpower aka if yours is massively stronger than the other you directly knock it out even more, way more, than one if the difference is enough (see Luffy vs fodder fishman), if the rival is strong but still clearly weaker than you you can disrupt his momentum (Kaido vs Luffy, if that was ctual CoC or maybe something more beastial like Zoro's form, will fit Kaido more btw), if it is comparble then a Luffy vs Doffy.
Shanks used a stronger version and did physical damage to objects and that is already broken. Maybe it could also affect CoA and CoO.
I don't think there will be space time shit cause that will just provoke plot holes everywhere and ruin the story and Oda knows it.

CoO is about observation predicting moves. And advance CoO haki i.e FS is related to that.
CoA haki allows one to fight even logia users and adv CoA haki allows one to bypass these df abilities and damage one fron within.
Similarly CoC is related to weakening the will of users, so it has to be somehow related to basic core idea of CoC.
It could either strengthen user own will to a level, allowing him to not give up in worst of scenarios( since Luffy already did that so it could be basic CoC). Maybe provide unending supply of Haki, since Haki is manifestation of willpower.
Or it could work on opponents, disrupting their Haki or concentration.
Even basic CoC itself is dangerous enough to break surrounding objects and force someone like Jozu to worry, while still keeping restraint on one's Haki. Adv CoC is sure to be very overpowered ability.

Each form of advanced Haki is an extension of its basic capabilities (Busoshoku creates an armor around you, advanced lets you use it as a weapon for other impenetrable defenses; Kenbunshoku lets you observe the aura/presence of others, advanced lets you predict their actions to a large extent), so it stands to reason that a power which overrides the will of others would best be amplified by letting you control them.
