It doesn't really matter anyway, Zoro's feat this chapter is >>> the combined feat of three top tiers working together. A high top tier designation feels appropriate.
I'll grant them more powerful attacks when they show more powerful attacks.

Idk about others but this feat is best in wano so far excluding yonkos. And rooftop Zoro is actually doing impressive and showing us what he did in the 2 years of timeskip even though he hasn't used any serious attacks as of now. If zoro keeps up like this, then post wano zoro might end up between High 1st- Low TT or even LTT for me ngl

Isn’t it obvious that the first combo attack between top tiers is the strongest attack in the series?
It’s not like we have ever seen Mihawk and Shanks do a combo attack that turned out weaker than this one

Because it's the underdog aspect of it.
We know the Yonko are as strong as they are. We've come to expect that they can break islands in half and level countries pretty much. What we don't know is how young pirates can finally break the threshold of being able to handle these Yonko
Zoro was able to hold their attack for a few seconds. He's super hurt sure, but he did it because that's what Zoro does.
Kid took a fucking BM punch to the face and still trumped her with Law and the others.
The villains will always be downplayed eventually in the face of the main protagonists. It always happens in every story, eventually. Especially these 2 since people have the greatest expectations for them behind Blackbeard, Shanks, Mihawk and Akainu
