Basically Zoro imbues CoC on Asura and probably creates it with it. But no, he is not the only one. The Ragnarok attack by Kaido also had CoC as confirmed by Luffy and Luffy was using CoC on his attacks later in this chapter as well after figuring it out.

So you're accepting that the titles are given by the Marines and not Oda? You realize that this will weaken the value of titles that the Zoro fandom treasures so much? lol. Also, yes MF WB was the WSM. You've no solid proof to deny this nor this contradicts anything from the manga. He was weaker than before but still the strongest. That is if you believe the titles to be absolute.

Why would Oda make Crocodile and Right-hand Marco say MF WB is weak if the WSM title still held a value in MF? The fact that WB needed to be saved by Marco and Jozu already proves that WB wasn't WSM at MF.

Imagine Kaido needed to be saved by King or Queen while fighting an Admiral.

That's a good point but I think the main argument has always been Luffy trumping over Kaido to the point where Kaido is extremely weak anyway. The feat happens on a defeated Kaido. Obviously that's if you believe it or not, but im pretty sure that's the theory mainly

Goda sensei watches over his world. Titles don't seem to be strictly related to the Marines at all to our knowledge. They were portrayed to be based off common recognizement for now.
