Is Ashura CoC or nah?

I think it is normally not.

But in this one,Zoro surpassed his limits and imbued some CoC into his Ashura thus making it far more powerful than his normal Ashura would have been.

When Zoro masters the concept(Against Mihawk?) he should be much more lethal than he already is which is insane.
