Which could lead into Elbaph, as I believe Kidd will be playing a big role in that arc because of his connections and grudge against Shanks. (I believe Elbaph will be Shanks and not Big Moms arc).

Yes, elbaf I meant, the races of the giants abhor Big Mom, so Kid can ally with them.

This could cause Shanks and Kid to conflict, since they also have unfinished business.

Prometheus probably told Big Mom to keep Napoleon hidden for a surprise attack.

Kid, Killer, and Hawkins will fight Big Mom. She will only use Prometheus against them. Napoleon hides.
When the fight intensifies and the three of them are focused on Big Mom, Napoleon will show up for a surprise attack and stabs Killer in the back. I think he'll choose to stab Killer because he was the one that attacked him. Killer dies and Big Mom is laughing.
Kid will snap and beat Big Mom with Hawkin's help. Then Big Mom pirates will show up and defeat Kid and Hawkins. The fight will probably take place near the coast so it won't be difficult for the Big Mom Pirates to find them.

Oden's scar is eternal and made Kaido pass out on the floor for an instant. While Zoro did not do that.

And nothing implies that the durability of kaido has increased

Tell me how Kidd beats up Big Mom? Kidd talks the biggest, but falls in the background when Zoro and Luffy is around.

I know Kid will not defeat Big Mom. So it makes sense if her kids come for her rescue. I think it's better than fucking up Kid.

More probably even if Kaido is killed yes. Having both out of the equation is potentially a mammoth-like job if she doesn't fall again for some trick, but if she is taken occupied and Kaido is defeated eventually she might retreat, but if she doesn't things would get spicey. The offchance of an external come is not out of the horizon anyhow.
