It was brought up because you make the ridiculous assertion that Luffy's kryptonite is blades, and that he is weaker to them than a normal person would be, which simply isn't true.

His rubber bones don't give him inferior defense, that is complete bullshit and you should be ashamed to say such retarded nonsense. Do you not remember HONE FUUSEN? His bones are harder than steel. If the rubber Luffy was made out of was weak in the way you suggest he would snap if he tried to stretch too far regularly, and definitely wouldn't be bulletproof.

Luffy had his haki defense down, and was not even trying to minimise the damage by twisting or rolling with the kicks. He literally would have taken less damage if he had been sleeping and let himself fly away rather than stand his ground but not force back. This was shown clearly, but people who speed read miss this. Probably should re-read the manga rather than spending your time spreading misinformation.

Luffy tanked Kaido's first attack last chapter using a cross arm block when taken surprised and in a subobtimal blocking stance, in base.
Kaido's power>Zoro's. so story closed.
Your comparison sucks to the core, you need to compare apple to an apple.

Cracker cut through G4 Luffy while Kaido attacked him with a weapon which never cuts him. It's plain and simple.

Zoro's attack against Kaido was so lethal that even BM warned Kaido (whose defense >>>>>>>> Luffy) to dodge it and you're here assuming it'll not work against Luffy.

Doubt Zoro's Hiryu Kaen attack will deal that much damage to Kaido to be honest.

Luffy's hand in G4 mode was cut by Cracker effortlessly.

Now we're talking about Zoro here who's way stronger than Cracker. With this said, Zoro doesn't need Enma to cut Luffy to begin with and added Luffy's weakness is sword, Zoro will cleave Luffy into two parts.

Coming back to the question with Enma, an attack which made BM petrified and forced Kaido to dodge can no way be tanked by Luffy as it's leads towards the door of death. Any rational person would acknowledge this whole heartedly.
It wasn't effortlessly, Cracker had to cut his arm with a meito using full force from the side in a prone position, and FAILED to cut his arm off, or even reach the bone and disrupt Luffy's fighting capabilities in anyway.
The only way Cracker was able to do this was by exploiting a quirk of his fruit faking his death, also before Luffy had FS.
Prone position doesn't happen to Luffy in a fight without fruit tricks.- pre TS Luffy avoided prone position vs. the worlds strongest swordsman.

Whether it's a sneaky attack or Cracker used a Meito aren't the context here, the context here is Cracker effortlessly cut Luffy's arm. As Luffy retreated his arm back with immediate effect, his arm got saved from being cut without which it's a clean cut. I'm pretty much sure about what I've written are chain of events happened in the Manga unless you can prove me wrong otherwise.

Also what happened in MF has no relevance to my post.

In chapter 838, Cracker put a full weight slash from the side onto an extended arm using his DF to trick Luffy's arm into such a prone position.
That is not effortless, that is a full power sneak attack slash that didn't breach bone or inhibit Luffy's offense.
It matters because without bizarre sneak attacks Luffy's arm has never been slashed prone like that, even against the worlds strongest swordsman... Now Luffy has FS he can't be sneak attacked without PIS which isn't relevant for power scaling.
