There's always been sillyness to the One Piece conflicts, even in an arc that was as hell bent on destroying Luffy's spirit like Marineford where we still had Buggy's antics.

The issue here however isn't comedy, it's the fact that BM's character keeps flip flopping and being used for so much stupid plotlines that it keeps killing the notion that she is supposed to be this unstoppable force of nature and important political power.

Seriously what is even being argued? An issue with the pre time skip is an even bigger issue now. That doesn’t make it good now lol.

Weird to see that because last chapter was so good! We felt the tension at least me personally. Maybe because Zoro was in difficult situation ? He was at the limit and Luffy koed for few minutes. So either people feel the tensions when someone can't move or when Zoro is involved.

I have a hard time seeing smoker even coming close pushing Luffy to mid diff, lol. But Vegapunk is a devil fruit specialist. Maybe he can help Smoker to awaken his ability and give him a new updated seastone weapon.

Smoker will never be a threat for Luffy again. Some want him to be Luffy's Garp and they try to force a parallel that hasn't really been built up by Oda. Luffy has one marine enemy but he has no dynamic with someone in the same vein of Garp/Roger.
