Man, Oda has pulled the rug beneath the overconfident Luffy fans more times than he did it to Sanji fans in WCI...
Not that overconfidence didnt come back to slap the Zoro fans who thought Zoro wont be going off the roof either...

But this is next level slapping, 3 KOes from the same guy in the same arc... The best part, Luffy fans never learn. As I predicted, Luffy remains ineffective against Kaido and no amount of power-ups will change that, same as no PU will make him stronger than Zoro.

The best case scenario is he fights Big Mom, as I said, and leaves Kaido to someone more fit to deal with him - the Cross Zori.

Dude time passes in the manga. At the time Yamato was starting to go to the roof, Luffy was supposedly relatively fine so obvious TIME PASSED for Luffy to now be defeated so Yamato can be wherever Oda says she is for the plot to happen

Also we don’t know what her abilities are in full or how far Luffy has fallen. She can have a mythical devil fruit for all we know

These old villains should lose soon enough.. So we can move to younger villain arc which is yonko Blackbeard.. Before finally the world government arc..

Btw to beat supervillain
Dragon ball freeza is killed, cell is killed, buu is killed..
Naruto pein is killed, madara is killed..
Because if only defeated, theses supervillain can be dangerous in the future as theyre strong..

Indeed if not we don't even know for sure that she can't fly or fast reach by climbing.
