That's not so simple. Chopper needs to get stronger, he has to fight and Franky (he and Chopper defeated an opponent on a similar level in EL) will defeat Sasaki, perhaps after Denjiro helps him a bit.
He has to defeat a strong opponent.

Usopp was useless against Jabura and he had no personal grudge towards him, while Chopper is already fighting against Queen and has many reason to fight him.
And let's not forget Queen attempted to kill Drake and Apoo and Chopper can't move after using his Monster Point.
There is no reason to force Sanji in there, Queen vs Chopper, Drake and Apoo for a bit is perfect the way it is.

Not really, Queen had a plan to use his plague to kill everyone on the Live Floor and Chopper stopped it, it's a different situation compare to P1/Ulti vs Usopp/Nami.

He's been fighting Queen for 30 minutes. Spoiler say his MP is extended but nothing about his paralyzed issue yet.
Chopper also has Marco and Drake with him and going with the SH/New Gen vs the Old Gen and Queen wanting to kill Drake, I'd say Drake is much more likely to take over after MP runs out.

Jack's opponent is probably Yamato or the dukes, Killer has no real connection with Jack. If Killer was going to fight a calamity, he'd probably fight Queen.

Killer and Jack have literally zero background, that's another good point for it
1st fight is personal (Hawkins, who looked away when shit got hot), 2nd fight is survival (an Hybrid Jack who challenges him in his scythes skills while in hybrid

Hopefully, it would be kind of unfair if Luffy gets Kaido, Zoro gets a calamity and Kidd and Law get Big Mom while Killer gets stuck with Hawkins.
