Speculations Why Zoro's only opponent in this arc is Kaido and why he is in the same situation as Luffy.

its not though luffy was already physically stronger than croc it was just about hitting him

the 2nd fight is done he had a 5 vs 2 advantage and lost
theres nothing that makes sense that luffy will 1 vs 1 kaido in another fight and solo him

This is a flaw in your theory, it is possible because we have already witnessed it. Zoro was stronger the whole time, nothing new...
Whether Zoro will fight King or not, cant say for sure but I do think Zoro is the only one who can beat him.
All Zoro needs is to get infected with the Ice Oni virus and he is at 100% for an entire hour, long enough to fight King and Kaido.
I dont think Luffy and Zoro will face Kaido together but one after the other.
Zoro fights him and when 1hour virus limit approaches, Zoro has to stop and take the antidote or he will die.
Luffy takes over for his 5 minutes and with his last strength knocks Kaido down once more.
Kaido stands up and Zoro ends up killing him soon after that when he is above the capital trying to burn it down.
Whether Zoro will fight King or not, cant say for sure but I do think Zoro is the only one who can beat him.

Zoro is done for sure. He doesn't need to prove a shit and Raid is failling.

Luffy still losing after he going to 1v1 and saying he would win is still shocking me. I don't see Luffy team up anymore to fight any Yonko. So is hard to see even Zoro beating Kaido because this would kind of disrespect Luffy.
By the way, Zoro is stronger than Luffy. There is no doubt about that, just re-read chapter 1000-1013. Also Luffy never defeated Katakuri.

First off Marco is not beating anyone. Get that shot out of your head. It doesn’t and never will make sense as a theory. He’s not gonnna come out of this arc with a new bounty. He’s not going into the fight as the underdog but someone who’s stronger. Marco is not beating a damn calamity the fact this needs to be said blows my mind.
Secondly zoro and sanji will fight king and queen. It doesn’t matter if you believe zoro vs king and sanji vs queen because at the end of the day they are fighting the two calamities. Marco is not beating anyone there. Chopper and Marco are only there to stall. This is common sense to nearly everyone. Oda wouldn’t make zoro and sanji go the the live floor if they weren’t gonna have a 2v2 with king and queen. King and queen have been portrayed like zoro and sanji having the same relationship and having a lot of similarities in character. Zoro will not team up with luffy to defeat kaido at all. All the straw hats will get their 1v1’s. Marco literally called the straw hats the muscle. How do you call them the muscle then fight kaidos right hand man?
