Zoro is a follower! There are numerous examples of Zoro doing things that Luffy said despite that fact that he didn't want to "for example when Luffy ordered Zoro to save Smoker in Alabasta and Zoro unwillingly and I repeat UNWILLINGLY saved Smoker) if he wasn't a follower he wouldn't do that. The simple fact that Zoro is ready to die for Luffy (as other members of the crew) shows that Zoro is a follower, the fact that Zoro put his Capitan's dream over his dream shows that he is a follower since none follower would never put others dream over his own. Yes, there are moments when strowhats crew isn't listening to Luffy but the only reason is because Luffy is a stupid guy and not all of his orders has seans, for example "when Luffy said that he wants to buy a giant statue but the crew refused to do so" and there are a numerous examples of those kind of things. Urouge said that Zoro isn't the tape to fallow orders and then he said something like " I spouse that speaks volume about the Capitan) implying that his Capitan is so great that even someone like Zoro (who doesn't take orders) is following him, there are only to people who were able to get followers who doesn't take orders first it was Roger and Now it's Luffy even Rocks couldn't do that (mostly because his crew was much stronger then Roger's crew). Btw Whitbeard was right Oden never became a follower to anyone first he joint Whitbeard's crew for sake of adventure and as soon as appeared someone who promised him even greater adventure he immediately left the crew and as soon as he got tired from adventures he even left Roger's crew and pursued his own dream to open Wano's borders Oden never put others dream over his own unlike Zoro and even Mihawk acknowledged it and said "it's seems like you found something greater then your dream" here is the evidence of Mihawk saying it
Oden never became a follower to anyone and was a frend to Roger and Whitbeard he never traveled till the end with Roger or Whitbeard.
Zoro getting 600m after Wano would actually make his 4th bounty higher than Luffy’s 5th bounty - don’t forget Luffy was at 400M after Marineford.
But as others have stated, Zoro’s the only one who’s been mistaken for the Captain of the crew, or having people shocked that he’d follow anyone (hyping both himself and Luffy up in the process).

Luffy has multiple pirate captains sailing under him, including Jinbe, Elizabello, a freaking king and Orlumbus who commands an armada of 5000 men. Doesn’t mean any of these men are not leaders, nor does it have anything to do with COC. The Dressrosa citizens begged for King Riku to return, and he was a dogged pacifist with zero indications of COC. Leadership isn’t about how hard you can punch, it’s about possessing clear judgment and the ability to guide one’s group to success. Something that Jinbe and Zoro have in spades, Sanji, not so much. Do recall that he uses violence on his own crewmates when he doesn’t get his way - he kicked Luffy for exercising his prerogative as captain and ejecting Usopp, he slammed Usopp into a wall while Luffy was fighting Aokiji and he kicked Luffy instead of trying to communicate with him and find a way out of their predicament together. That’s more befitting of a tantrum throwing tyrant rather than an actual leader.

My guy sanji had higher first bounty cuz the crew was facing stronger pirates compared to when zoro got his. This isn't to mention sanji's dad gifted him a 100 mil but zoro doesn't need a gift like that and he's gonna get a higher bounty post wano again.if it takes getting gifted a 100 mil bounty just to be barely above zoro then that speaks more about zoro than sanji. Just saying.
Peeps on OP world saw Zoro as the captain of the SHs for a lot of time....
Said that the only way he joins baroque works was if he was the leader...
In Ennies Lobby is questioned why he is not the captain....
He actually had followers(Jhonny and Yosaku) before joining the SHs...
In FI he take the leadership in the Neptune castle.....
Destined to be above others since his introduction....
