Even defeating is not confirmed. What if Luffy and Yamato won't manage to strike down Kaido by themselves for instance and Zoro will need to also help them defeat Kaido.

ZKK is an entirely different matter;

- Luffy and Yamato will presumably not kill Kaido for obvious reasons
- Zoro's expressed will
- Kaido's expressed feelings about death = perfection and his attempts to test himself

- Captain
- 3-4 strongest subbordinates
- 5-6 strong members for rest of strawhats
- While rest of allies and subbordinates should be like the waiters... who basically have the fodder marine soldier design... so that he doesn’t focus on them and put many screentime on them...
A classic arc by one piece basically... we will go back to the good old days of 50-70 chapters per arc with full fight to for each member with the arc story also fleshed out

Oda can't do that since he already established that Yonko crews have massive armies and dozens of Strong allies since Marineford.

Well his Japanese samurai fetish is yet to wear out. 3 years, 100+ chapters and yet we don't even know solid matchups, no Kaidou backstory. Scabbards were overused and Yamato going to say 'I am Oden' N number of times. I bet at some point Luffy too will say that. This Oden stuff and scabbards are so annoying.
