I am seeing a trend that people expect this Arc to have Marineford and Sabaody levels of tension but what people forgets is that this Arcs were failures. For Wano to reach this kind of tension it would have to fail completely which is why some people here are some hard believers that the Raid will indeed fail which is just highly unlikely due to countless of points the most important of them is that Wano would take over 200+ chapters, Oda knows he can't afford something like this now.
Wano can't fail and therefore this high tension you guys want will never happen regardless of what Oda shows here which is why some are complaining on how Luffy is already saved when in reality that's has always been the formula.

The Wano arc would likely never reach the emotional weight of MF regardless but more tension was expected. And yes, you can add way more tension without it being an arc a failure.
