For the people that think Killer will die. Think about who the most prominent character is that is currently effected by the SMILE disease. It’s Killer. There is no way he dies before that disease is addressed/healed. All the other characters effected by the sickness are fodder. When the cure is found fans will only really care about healing Killer lol.
