Yeah, so far Black Blades are ultra rare only Yoru and Shusui, but Shusui was turned into a Black Blade some hundred years ago or something? Do you know that there's just about 5 Cursed Blades identified, so you're expecting many more to be identified?

I don't think there are a lot of curse blades. I think their existence is quite scarce. I would even put their rarity in league with mythical fruits. But cursed blades can be made, so their rarity really depends on the rarity of cursed swordsmiths.

The raid suit is more a technological advancement then an ability or power, its like wearing a knight armor. It's pretty rare though.
I was thinking of whether i should enter Genetic Devil Fruit modification. That's quite a rare ability.

I don't think there are a lot of curse blades. I think their existence is quite scarce. I would even put their rarity in league with mythical fruits. But cursed blades can be made, so their rarity really depends on the rarity of cursed swordsmiths.

Is the cursed created by swordsmiths or the swordmans who use them?

There could be more amidst the 12 Supreme grade Swords. I don't remember if the Shodai was unsheated before but it could perhaps be a Black Blade?
