Sanji fastest protagonist and character in Wano. And Oda said you need excellent CoO and speed to even fight Kizaru... That set up.

Lol before I go on with this I just want to say I’m a fan of Sanji’s so I’m not doing this to slander him, but I’m also a truth seeker/devil’s advocate so I gotta say this panel seems to be a joke more than anything because Jimbe and Luffy thought he sensed something important when all Sanji really sensed was Black Maria’s trap, without knowing it’s a trap.

Jimbe and Luffy obviously wouldn’t have had their CoO tuned to scanning for women lol. Now it is impressive that Sanji was able to hone in on them like that but it explains why Jimbe & Luffy had no idea what was up and the joke is that they thought that if he was breaking away like that it was obviously for a good reason such as to chase after a powerful enemy (like Jimbe said). So with that context I don’t think it’s honest to use it as a feat to place him over Luffy & Jimbe in CoO given the extended context.

I’m not even saying all that to say he’s not > Luffy & Jimbe at it. But there’s a context here that can be used to argue fairly that this particular moment doesn’t prove he is.
