Topi told you, hybrid form isn't shit anymore. Once it was first revealed, Kaido will keep using it as if nothing happened.
Same with Yamao's DF anyway. Right now she, or Oda can hide it all they want. Against Ulti, against Sasaki and armored troops, against Luffy, against Numbers. Yet once it's revealed, she will start to use it even against marine fodder in next arc.
"Base Yamao" is nothing but wank to make her look stronger than she actually is.

slowly but surely we're learning there's much more to Kaido plans and what he knows than many assumed at first

People will keep ignoring the plot that is infront of them tho they rather focus on power scaling and some random match ups they convinced themselves will happen to predict what this arc is all about
