i don't think zeus adds more power, he just makes the lightening home in on enemies.

There is a reason why Kaido is in Wano? What reason is that? My guess it has something to do with Joy Boy/ void century stuff or maybe the celestial dragons. Since there is this theory that Kaido was experimented on by the WG maybe he found out something there. Or more likely while on Rocks' crew.
