Will you take the vaccine for covid?

#61
Anyway my thoughts, it should be mandatory because if said person have the disease and refuse to take the shot. That person is a liability and a threat to people lives by hosting a deadly weapon aka their breath.

That why it important to mask up and do anything possible to get rid of this disease at all cost because there is another disease on it way and it more fatal than covid-19. It's Disease X..
If you take the shots, it protects you, but it doesn't protect others. Even if you took the shots, you can stil carry the covid virus in you and spread it further.

If you can protect yourself by taking the shot, and another person take the covid shot to protect themselves from the disease. Then millions others take the shot. Covid will be long gone because people will have a stronger immunity to it and it will be afterthought.
Nothing Is 100% perfect but the cases will far be less than people not taking the shot and spreading it due to their own selfish desire..

No it’s not just for you, if it was an individual problèm no one would be adamant that everyone or the highest number should take the vaccine.

But taking your shot is not just for yourself

- when you have your shot you can still carry the virus but you carry less virus than a normal person so it is harder to spread it.

- when you have your shot even if you carry the virus you have no symptoms so it is harder to spread the virus

- if the virus keep spreading new type of Covid will be created like the English type, the Brazilian type etc, and maybe one of those will be more deadly than the others. For now the current vaccine can stop most of them but who knows.

- the highest number of people vaccinated the lower the virus will spread in the population and that will protect even the non vaccinated people because it will die slowly. Even for later years, the most people are vaccinated in the world against COVID the less likely it will come back bother us in next years.

- if you are sick from Covid you take a bed in hospital, a bed that could have been used for something else or someone else. And I don’t think every country has an unlimited number of beds.

- the more people in hospital because of Covid the less we take care about usual disease etc. Lots of usual surgery, treatments etc were put on stand by because of the Covid. The death toll of the Covid is not just the number of people who died of Covid, there is also the number of person who had cancer, heart problems etc who died because they weren’t operate or healed. Or even just because people were too scared to go to hospital because of COVID.

- and for the economy : if everyone is vaccinated the economy will be able to start again, less people will suffer from unemployment, less bankruptcy etc.

- and we underestimate the mental side of COVID : the number of depressions, number of suicide, of long term problem for young people who didn’t go to school or barely for 1 year and half etc etc

The virus won't die, because you take the shot. You are not effected by it because you will have antibodies, but the virus will stil be there. Same as with other viruses.

How? You don't spread it with symptoms lol
Simple breathing can spread it, doesn't matter if you have simptoms or not, if you have the virus in you, you can spread it.

I feel people don't talk about this enough.
Children suffer so much from the lockdowns, their education, their social interactions suffer and I believe it will leave long lasting scars on their mental wellbeing that will never go away.

We can use that in any situation to take away people's individual rights to decide whether they want an unknown agent with unknown side effects in their bodies, besides those who get vaccinated have nothing to worry about so why force the ones who don't want to vaccinate?

I like when people forget they took shots their entire childhood since they were born but now refuse taking the vaccine
I didn't have a say in the matter back then but I do now, I hope.

Already got both doses, and I recommend everyone else do the same. Don’t buy into the anti-vaxx bullshit propaganda, you do the entire community of humans a disservice by not protecting yourself OR the rest of us from you.

No.
I'll let the others be the test subjects.
Unless I have to take it, I dont plan to.
Haha, yeah same kinda.
The world is the test subjects, I can wait, lmao.

Not denying that Covid exists, but yeah, I can wait, and Covid isn't even that deadly, it's just very contageous and as such many people get exposed to it, and the unfortunate souls with weaker immune systems gets the short stick of the deal.

But I'll probably have to take it at some point in time though.

Even if you survive covid there is a high percent chance to have your lungs severely and permanently damaged by it.
Plus there is also a chance you lose smell and taste for good like a coworker of mine, she doesn't have both for 5 months now and it is driving her insane.

yeah, well what I'm saying is that in the end there is always a first and a last, personally I can take mine last is what I'm saying.
So yeah, but even with vaccine it doesn't make you immune, just resistant to it. Not to mention there are all the mutations n' shit which doesn't even care about the vaccine at all, lmao.

So yeah, I'm fine with being the last pack to get it, as I'll probably will get it eventually.

No and I don't plan too. Not because I'm one of those hardcore conspiracy theorists though. The vaccine is a money machine mainly.

Eat clean, exercise regularly, take your vitamins, have a positive attitude >>> any vaccine you can get.

It's free to take the vaccine here in Norway anyway, do you have to pay to get it where you're from?
or do you mean on like a national scale?

My friend
25 years of age
Trained Judo for several years
Regular gym and diet
Joy to hang out with

Covid crushed her into oblivion

My coworker
50-ish
Big sack of lard
No diet or gm
Cranky old man

Got covid, walked it off

Covid doesn't care how you live or eat lol

I meant it more on a national scale.

There will always be extreme cases, but it's not a covid thing only, basically a thing with every disease out there. What I said is more of a general rule I stand by. Living a healthy lifestyle is almost always better than the crap pharmacy tries to sell us for years. They're only interested in making money, nothing more.

How many people have already died or been hospitalized because the vaccine fucked some shit up in their bodies?

I was mainly talking from my perspective. I'm definitely someone with a weaker immune system. Suffered heavily under it in the past years, but since I at last try to live healthy I'm doing much better. I don't believe in the magic vaccine that cures me from all diseases like some people pretend it does.

The only reason I'd consider taking the shot is because of the advantages that come with it like not wearing masks etc if that will be a thing

If you want to protect yourself and take some chemical with unknown factors - take it. It's every ones free will.
Me taking the vaccine doesn't protect you from me lol. It only protects me. Despite me taking the vaccine, i can stil have the virus in me and so you can stil get it from me.

It doesn't mean you know wtf you are doing also just because you are 18 now.
I'm 26 and I know very well what is good for my body and what is not, I do take care of myself and do my best to improve my health on a daily basis, I'm not afraid of any virus or disease and I think I can beat it easily if I got it, I'm more afraid of possible long term side effects that come from taking the vaccine which no one knows about, aslong as I have a choice I will refuse it.
