The fact that we're in Act 3 pretty much confirms to me that there will be five acts. The epilogue of the arc like Post-Enies Lobby or Post-War will definitely get its own act, and I don't think there is a four act-structure in Kabuki. It's either 3 or 5.

Act 4 could only be the climax while act 5 could just be the epilogue or "post-arc".

The stakes shouldn't always have to be on global scale like "luffy is dead". We should ask ourselves a simple question of why should one care about these fucking mini fights if they would end without any stakes leaving 0 satisfaction of the victory? Meme wiped off whatever credits Nami got. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the garbage sequence of events which didn't even place her in a challenging situation to have a smooth turning point in the plot, it's clear that Oda intends to gradually fuck over what's left of the Beasts Pirates to pick up the pace.

It’s a theory stating that Act 3 will have Alliance Winning against Beast Pirates ONLY to revive all Beast Pirates executives (F6-calamities-Kaido) once again through their awakening!
Resulting in a dramatic hopeless case tragedy by end of act 3

Like even Kaido gets defeated... but Oda showcases that ability of Zoan awakening by reviving them with FULL HEALTH while alliance are on brink of death after such battle

It may also depend on the amount of chapters left. If it's past 50 or anywhere close for example, a 4th act looks feasible odds wise just by that. Even though Act 3 is already lasting more than the other two did individually.

Whether or not the act ends, the other fights will be getting more focus then they'll start wrapping up. Hopefully they don't end too quickly and most of it is on-panel.

We been waiting for Black Maria, Sasaki, WhosWho, Jack, Queen and King's Hybrid the whole raid just so they can be defeated. It doesn't feel right after Oda saved their final form all this time. Its like finally laying eyes on Kaido's hybrid to get beaten by Luffy when he learned advance CoC..

4 acts are relatively rare in Kabuki plays, 3 and 5 are the most common numbers.

Look out for the length of the fights and fake tension, they would imply another act with the "real" fights starting only then. Page One/Ulti vs. Nami/Usopp seems telling.
